Ocean Paradise is a fully renovated extended-stay motel, thoughtfully redesigned from the ground up, located at 91 Ashworth Avenue, Hampton, NH 03842—just one block from the main beach. Rooms 3, 5, and 7 feature kitchenettes and two full beds, while Room 1 offers a queen bed and all-new finishes. Each unit boasts modern upgrades, including remodeled bathrooms with vanities, wall-mounted TVs, mini-split systems for personalized heating and cooling, and brand-new flooring. For families or larger groups, Rooms 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, and 7 include interconnecting doors, allowing them to be rented together as multi-room units. Room 8 features a king bed with a private side entrance, wall-mounted TV, and mini-split temperature control. Room 9 offers a suite-style layout with a separate sitting area, bedroom, two bathrooms, dual mini-splits, a TV, a large dresser with mirror, and sofas—perfect for added space and comfort.
Room 10 (Rooms with kitchenettes) at Ocean Paradise is our largest accommodation, available for just $800.00 per week during the summer. For Winter, Room 10 is available for $450 - $500 per week.

Every room has brand new windows, secured wifi and roku for entertainment. Every room has a new bed frame, new boxspring and mattress, and all linens are brand new. Guests are provided one space of parking free.
